Hi, I’m Emily — Your Acrylic Nail Tech ✨ I’m based in Silver Spring, Maryland, and I specialize in creating clean, unique acrylic sets designed to suit you. • Deposits: A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total service. No deposit = no appointment. • Payment Method: Cash only. The remaining balance is due in cash at the time of your appointment. At this time, I’m not accepting any digital payments If you forget and end up paying digitally (Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.), a $5 digital payment fee will be added to your total. • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute/same day cancellations/ or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. • Late Policy: You have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled. • Nail Fills: Fills are for nails that are 2–4 weeks old. Anything past 4 weeks is considered a new set. If you arrive with over 4 week grown nails, you’ll need a soak-off and full set. (So please book accordingly) • Nail Prep: Please arrive to your appointment with bare, clean nails (unless you are booking a soak-off service.) Nails must be healthy and free of damage. I do not work over other techs’ work for the safety of your natural nails and to ensure the best results. • No Vaping or Smoking: To keep the studio clean and comfortable for everyone, please be respectful and refrain from vaping or smoking before or during your appointment, as it is not allowed in the studio thank you.
